Common questions

Can I join as a solo traveller?

Yes — most of our pilots travel solo. Groups are formed from individual bookings and are typically 3–6 pilots. You’ll fly alongside people at a similar level and leave with flying partners you’ll keep for years.

What glider rating do I need?

For the Guided XC Tour and Advanced Training you need a current P3 (or equivalent national licence) and at least one active flying season of XC experience. Beginner Services are open to P1–P2 pilots through our Colombia Paragliding partnership.

When is the flying season?

Valle del Cauca flies year-round, with the strongest XC conditions in December–March and June–August. We run tours outside those windows too — conditions are softer but flights are still long and the site is less crowded.
